Hopefully, Toyota will have changed key fob suppliers before you read this. Noticeably absent was dual-driver preferences for seat positions and such. If a new key does not get your ignition to turn then your ignition will need to be worked on. Toyota's negligence on this could have cost my wife her life if she hadn't narrowly avoided the crash the failure of her power steering almost caused.
