I love Tara, she is bad to the bone, and ferociously loyal. So Tara's best friend Milly broke into her mate's home, by throwing a rock through the office window. Communication is key, as the book proves with the steps and missteps the two take to find a way to find a way to mesh their present differences in order to have a future. But as Milly has been reminding herself every single day for the past three years, she really needs this job.

Both she and another person were raving about Ms Taylor's work and the person who was reading her was binge reading her backlist. I recommend you read Her Scottish Wolf first if you haven't already, but then this one right after that. Let's start with the world building.
